We currently use PayPal. If for any reason you do not want to use this method of payment, we are happy to accept personal cheques made payable to Herbal Connections (please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back). We will despatch your order once the cheque has cleared.
Orders will usually be despatched within 3 working days from receipt. However, during busy periods it may take a little longer. It is unlikely that we will take the 28 days maximum time period. Where delays may be caused by items being out of stock, we will advise you before despatching any balances.
We will email you to confirm when your order has been despatched, unless you ask us not to.
If you are ordering gifts for specific occasions, please allow time, especially around Christmas and Mother's Day. If you do require any gift items urgently, please let us know. We may be able to use Special Delivery, but this will incur extra charges.
Most of our deliveries will be made by Royal Mail (2nd class post or parcel service). We apologise for any increases to current charges, which have been imposed on us by Royal Mail and which we have had no option but to pass on to our customers. To keep these levels down, we may on occasions split deliveries in to 2 packages.

up to 1500g = £5.70
up to 2000g = £6.60
up to 3850g = £8.80
up to 5850g = £12.30

ReturnsYour satisfaction is important to us, however due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns unless the products are found to be either damaged or defective in some way. If for some reason you find this to be the case then firstly please contact us to tell us of the problem within 7 days of receipt, then return the goods to us in the original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible after we have investigated the problem. You should also refuse to accept the delivery if there is obvious damage to your products and contact us to let us know about this problem. The courier should return the package to us for inspection and a new delivery will then be arranged. We apologise but we cannot accept returns because you have simply changed your mind and no longer require the products ordered. Refunds are not usually given unless you specifically state a replacement for the product would not be acceptable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
